I can now formally announce the release date for ‘Tied with a yellow bow’.
It should be available to pre-order on Amazon within the next couple of days and to buy from Monday, 14th September, at a UK price of £8.99.
I am hoping to have a pre-release event on the evening of either Friday 11th or Saturday 12th of September. This will involve a short interview/Q&A, a reading of one of the stories, and some light snacks. There will also be an opportunity to purchase copies of the book ahead of the release date for those attending this event only, and copies will be limited.
The book will be available in paperback (and will be available to order from bookshops), eBook (Kindle), and audiobook, which will be recorded over the summer, hence the early autumn release date.
The front cover has now been slightly changed, as shown in the image in this post. The collection will have a foreword in which I discuss how it came about and some of my thoughts on it in general. The collection will also include an afterword in which I talk a little about each story.
The book is currently at the proof stage, where I have ordered a proof copy to read through and check for any final errors/changes, which will hopefully be complete by the middle of July.
The final stories to be included in the collection will be:
- Solomon
- Pip
- When Autumn Leaves
- Tied With a Yellow Bow
- How Shall We Sing?
- Ringed By The Flat Horizon
- The Eclectic Chair
- The Crystal Forest
- At Night I Heard The Shells
- Whispers
- The Library Card
- Star Light, Star Bright
